Struggling to setup Tailwind with vite

New to tailwind , i just can could not set it up with Vite I tried for hours but the tailwind.config.js file and vite.config.js files were always missing . I did set it up using tailwind CLI but it's not enough so if anyone could please guide me setting it up with vite that would be great.

I did try following it but it did not work i have watched multiple tutorials but none of them worked , i am trying to set it up without react maybe thats why

Consider providing a git repo of the project as you have it now and I can look at what's gone wrong for you.
