working on the cloud solution but failing on the on-premise solution

error while updating the host and port of a connection on on-prem tableau solution :
400033: Bad Request
There was a problem updating connection information for datasource 'b4e8f1bf-96b0-48d6-91ce-438fc4271dc7'..
