Fix tab scrolling being weird every now and then

When I use the left and right arrows to scroll through the tabs in Pale Moon, sometimes it goes further ahead in the tabs that are displayed than I like. Can Tab Kit 2 fix that or not? If it can, please consider adding an option to do so to it.

I found the function but I don't know where is it declared

Without knowing it I can't even patch the function

I managed to almost fix it by switching from the custom theme that I was using to the default one and using the 64-bit version of Pale Moon. Now it doesn't happen as often.
