New Tabs Move to Top

Not sure if bug, or an option I can not figure out, but when I CTRL-click a link to open a new tab it keeps going to the top of my tab list, not under the current tab. The options when I right click a tab > TABKIT > NEW TABS > OPEN NEXT TO is active.

I think I found it related to when I have ti check to group. Right click a tab, TAB KIT > GLOBAL ACTIONS > GROUP TABS BY DOMAIN. When I uncheck it, tabs open under current tab. When that option is selected, they open at the top of the list. I even have them opening at random places, probably by other tabs of a similar name.
Firefox also updated to 50 today.

It's dev version since ESR version not released yet
