List of extensions compatible with CiviProxy?

I'm wondering if you could provide a list of any extensions that can be used in front of CiviProxy to provide public facing functionality that talks through CiviProxy to CiviCRM. I get the sense that Systopia has built stuff but I'm not sure. What I'm aiming for is a WordPress form builder of some sort, but even looking at specialized functionality Drupal module might be interesting.
