This would be nice for allowing users to run mkosi without explicit allocation of ranges in /etc/sub{uid,gid}.

nsresourced doesn't just hand out any random range to unprivileged users, that would be wildly unsafe.

As it is now nsresourced does not work for unprivileged mkosi at all.
