Currently we have the org.swisspush.gateleen.monitoring.MonitoringHandler to send monitored values to the mod-metrics module.

With issue #4 the mod-metrics module will be extended to provide more API endpoints to read monitored values.

The MonitoringHandler should provide methods to allow reading of monitored values. This makes the MonitoringHandler a complete API for metrics.
