Currently, stencil upgrades are blocked because:

packages/components build: [ ERROR ]  Error: The 'react-output-target' requires the 'dist-custom-elements'
packages/components build:            output target to have 'externalRuntime: false' set in its
packages/components build:            configuration. at Object.validate
