[MacOs, v0.15.35 alpha] No Microphone input

Hello with the new alpha version of Swift I don't get the microphone input to work on Mac OS 14.7.1, a friend of mine as well in MacOs 15. We tried to reset the microphone permissions but it still doesn't work. It is shown that the mircophone is used by swift but no input is visible in swift itself.

We had multiple reports about this on Discord.

I cannot reproduce this in my development environment (Sequoia 15.1.1). After executing tccuilt reset Microphone and restarting swift, it properly asks for permission and shows the input volume level in the level bar.

Do you use external microphones? I only tested this with the build-in macbook mic.

Yes, we both use Headsets connectec via USB.
