In the Log.txt file it is mentioned that xswiftbus should use new datarefs. See extract with all the relevant data refs:

[XSwiftBus]: Dataref 'sim/flightmodel2/controls/flap_handle_deploy_ratio' has been replaced. Please use the new name.
[XSwiftBus]: Dataref 'sim/weather/barometer_sealevel_inhg' has been replaced. Please use the new name.

With the next version, swift does not use the weather datarefs anymore. Therefore only sim/flightmodel2/controls/flap_handle_deploy_ratio needs to be replaced.

I do not own X-Plane 12, so I cannot work on this right now.

looked it up and the new data ref is the following:
sim/cockpit2/controls/flap_system_deploy_ratio
