[XP] Support for TwinFan's XPMP2 animation datarefs #209

The animations of many CSL models use the datarefs[1] defined by TwinFan's XPMP2.

TwinFan's XPMP2 is the modern rewrite of libxplanemp that is used by X-Pilot and IVAO Altitude.

swift currently doesn't support all of those animation datarefs, so many CSL models are not properly animated.
