feature request: show incompatible plugins in the result list on https://plugins.swc.rs/

Hello!

It would be really helpful to see all the plugins on the results page, for example https://plugins.swc.rs/versions/range/12.

That way it helps us understand that there is no compatibility between the selected runtime and version and the swc plugin one is looking for. I got confused by this and left a comment in #12 because of it. Only to figure out the repo structure after digging through it.

I do not know if the code for https://plugins.swc.rs/ is public/open source or not. But if it is can you point me to it and I could maybe create a PR to add this feature request, if accepted.
