Getting "is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file" during execution

I am trying to run my C++ code. It compiles successfully everytime. When I try to execute everytime I am getting "E:\PS"' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

I have tried manually specifying the path of input and output file by creating in.txt and out.txt in the same path of my C++ file but facing same problem.

I have installed and uninstalled many time the software also tried from different partition but getting same error.
