how to add to agl build system

Hello contributors,

I am a newbie for AGL. please understand my shallow knowledge.
I'd like to build this repo in my AGL build system.

$ devtool add https://github.com/sushantdasputepatil/agl-hvac-demo.git

The command above was executed successfully.
but it'll fail when I bitbake the repo.
