Check blazegraph and pull results if an old file/analysis pair was already run

This is probably not as simple as it sounds because we handle tabular result displays mostly via pandas or dictionaries (which are both converted to json), but the graph storage is a different datastructure entirely. You'd have to reverse datastruct_savvy.py
