Wipe tower speed extremely low for some filaments

What happened?

Filament purging on wipe tower goes down to 10mm/s for some filaments, and not for others. from the second layer the issue disappears.

In the example below this only happens with black and beige, the interesting thing is that the black filament is a copy of the white and brown ones, so it has the same parameters
