Export Address Book not possible on Samsung S10 #3396

Describe the bug
The button Export in the Address Book modal doesn't work on Samsung S10 and only on this device.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to More
Click on Address book
Select Export

Expected behavior
Should export the json file

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

Device: Samsung S10
Version 2.3.1 and 2.2.11 was tested

Additional context
Add any other context about the problem here.
