I don't think anything could be done to 3.2 to make it more DPI aware but recommend use latest pre-Release (portable for testing) https://www.sumatrapdfreader.org/prerelease as most DPI aware version so on restart "should" alter scaling, Also see if open current file in new window alters DPI, if so you could close earlier window |

Hi,
I am using SumatraPDF on a Windows 11 laptop that is moved between two different locations. At each location I use a different monitor with different resolution and DPI.
If I change monitor without restarting Windows the UI of SumatraPDF is not updated (too small / too large). I know the program cannot dynamically handle multiple DPIs on different monitors if you move the window between the monitors etc. But I even if I close Sumatra and start it gain it does not update according to new monitor resolution.
If I restart Windows with the new monitor, then Sumatra displays UI correctly. I have not tried logout and login to windows. But the point is that I have multiple programs running that all work well when I change monitor between locations, and I would like to not logoff or restart Windows (I just put Windows in sleep). Is there any way to make SumatraPDF understand the new resolution/DPI if I restart the program, or is there something in Windows that can be changed?
Btw, I am using SumatraPDF v3.2 64-bit.
