Not possible MuPDF, which SumatraPDF uses for graphical rendering, allows for 3 different states one is a foreground "tint" one is a Background "tint" and the other is both reversed (inverted) thus it has no themes or styles. PDF or ePub the results are the same since earlier versions. So for changing the PDF colours you need an EDITOR like Adobe readers, but I cant show you that as this is an eBook. The comics book is different as there inversion is not applied the surround is simply black |

I did something like this (modified darker) in version 3.6.+, but since this release is not final (not official) I tried to do the same in 3.5.2. Could you please upload your settings file? |
