UI Scaling on different dpi and resolution displays

I have a problem regarding ui scaling on different dpi monitors and when I move the window over from the main display to my seondary monitor (which is a laptop screen and has a higher resolution of dpi) the ui elements don't scale correctly and are tiny compared to what I have on my main monitor. Does anyone know of a fix to the dpi scaling issue of the window between different screens?
