Add commands to start and end a call, go to unread messages

Hello, Sulaiman!
Please add the following commands to the addon:

1. Start audio call, start video call. Notify about the beginning with short sounds.
2. End the call or reject the call To notify the end with short sounds..
3. Add a message to the function of switching to the label "Unread message" in an open chat. If there is no such label, then report that "There are no Unread messages".
4. Add a setting to switch notifications about the start of voice message recording and completion
   records, on: Report by speech, report by short sound, do not report.
   This setting can be applied to the call start and end function.
5. Add a volume setting for sound notifications for the start and end of a call, the start and end of recording a voice message.

I made a translation into Russian for the addon, but there is no way to send it to you by E-mail. There is no e-mail in the maanifest.ini file.

Please update the role_announce addon to NVDA 2022 compatibility.1.
