Grid piemenu open along with another block's context menu

Description

Whenever you tries to open a context menu for a block by right click over the block. there is two cases which are happening currently like the first case is if the block is placed horizontally in the level of the grid menu button the grid piemenu also gets opened along with the block's context menu and the second case is if a block is somewhere in the canvas only the block's context menu opens which is the ideal case

Expected Behavior

wherever the block is no matters it just open the block's context menu whenever there is right click on the block.

How to Reproduce

Place a block in teh horizontal level with the grid menu button and then open block's context menu by doing right click on the block and now move the block somewhere in the canvas and then do right click the difference can be observed.
