Create split worker that updates historical data accordingly (dividends, eod ohlc, intraday ohlc)

On the 15th of each month, get splits from the previous month. Apply ratio to all data and then resave data from past 2 months.

Actually do on 1st of each month (after split?). IEX intraday 30 days.

Or do every 15 days and check audit.csv to make sure efforts aren't duplicated.
