MSVS 2019 and Latest Qt Matrix

I'm trying to compile, and debug on Windows. Unfortunately there's a lot of moving parts to getting things working properly with Qt on Windows with MS Visual Studio 2019. Here's a matrix of what I've tried so far and the results:
