Several issues like #510 and the docs mention using the SDK to interact with stump

Describe the solution you'd like

Publish @stump/sdk to npm so it is easier to write scripts and integrations for stump

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Using the SDK from this repository is possible but inconvenient for setting scripts/integrations up

You're not missing anything! It doesn't exist. I did create the npm organization it would live in, so it's just a matter of setting up CI to handle it as part of the release pipeline.

I also want to add that you still can use it, at least I've tested doing so with yarn. I outline an example in the docs: https://www.stumpapp.dev/guides/api#stump-sdk. I didn't find it too cumbersome, but agree an actual package would be better
