自定义码表转换不能用？ #280

搜狗细胞词库直接转换或者导出TXT再转，结果出错，自定义形码码表无效。

举例：

规则：两字词，取每个字全码的前两码。

码表：
聊 lkme
咩 lqyv

词组：
聊咩
咩聊

我也是这个问题，自定义设置里面好好的，转出来就不行了
