NODE_ENV=production isn't loaded from .env early enough to effect clustering #28

This has to do with how clustering options are loaded quite early (and the load sets the default by examing the environment), by calling into strong-cluster-control, and is hard to load the .env before that, because of side-effects (it occurs for every path, not just master path).
