Element highlight gone after minimizing and reopening the app

The element highlight while a quest dialog is open is gone after minimizing and reopening the app.

How to Reproduce

• Open a quest dialog
• Minimize StreetComplete
• Open StreetComplete
• Highlight is gone

Expected Behavior
The highlight doesn't go away

Applies for highlighting of elements in overlays, too.
Does not apply for highlighting of pins for the edit history.
