In this phase the DCAT interface and the LDM were enhanced to support MatVoc specifics. In this task the harvesting should be redone in order to have all the metadata in the LDM and the sparql endpoint.

Atm I have issues with the aggregation:
With the old CKAN and Python version we are using atm, either SSL does not accept certificates or the harvesting does not add datasets.
I am working on this. Perhaps I will try to use the official CKAN repo/version. Because Besides 4 included Plugins, our LDM is just an old version of CKAN. There is another LD on Github - I have to clarify this with TIB.

I have now running CKAN 2.9 and the extensions are working. I will deploy it on the server before we redo the harvesting with new metadata provided via the dcat endpoints.
