[Bug]: Outdated documentation in the test section

Describe the bug

1. I created a project by following the quick start guide by using the CLI
2. Went to the testing section and did all the steps
3. Installed vitest a test runner
4. Runned this test

Then this happens

Suggested improvements or fixes

Fix the docs with right instructions as fast as possible. Testing prevents several bugs and regression to happen during developent. The lack of being able to test my strapi routes is preventing me to become a customer

Hi, thank you for reporting. I will close this issue and reference it in the meta issue #1940.

Our current internal resources prevent us from updating this as promptly as we'd like it to.
In the meantime you might want to try the blog posts mentioned on the testing page, and report if it still works with Strapi 5.
