Accomplished Tasks

• Completed Storacha integration for contributor and tech partner CSVs with validated schemas and live CID lineage mapping.
• Designed the CSV → DAG import module with support for GitHub-style exports and fallback to schema inference.
• Added CID-aware onboarding templates for ElizaOS agents to assist new contributors using structured prompts.
• Finalized CID-to-CSV index viewer in dashboard with filtering and cross-agent provenance links.
• Designed the feature enhancement: CID annotation enrichment with CSV metadata (join date, partner role, GitHub handle, etc.).

In Progress

CID Provenance Enhancements:

• Expanded annotation model with:

  • Role-based tags (e.g., “mentor”, “partner”, “external contributor”)
  • Join cohort tags
  • Affiliated repositories

• CID annotations will be auto-resolved during CSV import with MCP-backed verification.

• Laid groundwork for multi-format CID viewers (JSON/CSV) in dashboard.

Dashboard + ElizaOS Evolution:

• Real-time CID feed now will include CSV upload events and async agent-generated summaries.
• Dashboard will support toggling between CSV snapshot and live DAG visualizations.
• ElizaOS agents will be improved to detect missing metadata from CSV uploads and request context automatically.

DAG Optimization Milestone:

• DAG shape flattening will reduce retrieval time by 22% for CSV-linked CID chains.
• Implementing CID pre-fetch caching layer in dashboard for smoother interaction.
• Doing early tests to demonstrate consistent resolution of cross-CID queries across import formats.

What Went Well

• Onboarding 4 new contributors using CSV upload flow and ElizaOS summaries.
• DAG optimization will improve responsiveness for large contributor datasets.
• Agent prompt reliability will increase with scoped CID tags from imported CSVs.

In Progress

• Prototyping CID summary comparison view for contributors joining across multiple cohorts.
• Adding CSV diff alerting logic for changed roles, affiliation, and engagement signals.
• Continuing DAG depth analysis for bulk import scenarios.

R&D Tasks

• Investigating CID-linked credential verification for GitHub handles in CSV.
• Refining CSV import logic for multi-repo affiliation and fork lineage tracking.
• Planning integration with zupass + Semaphore to anonymize select CSV-based metrics.

Next Tasks

• Release CSV Import v1.1 with schema override and preview pane.
• Initiate dashboard tests for multi-role CID filter explorer.
• Benchmark DAG resolution speed for CSV chains vs GitHub/Airtable JSON inputs.
• Enable ElizaOS agents to generate onboarding summaries from CSV-only data.

2. What’s the best way to handle partial CSV records in DAG context—should we store them as soft errors or issue fallback IDs?

4. How do we differentiate between contributor vs tech partner roles in CID scope prompts for agents?
