You should be able to make shares accessible to other Pingvin users, without having to share a password

🎤 Pitch

This way you can have private shares that only selected people have access to - without requiring a share password

As discussed in #471 this idea came up after I wanted to securely share files with someone and had trouble finding a way to securely share the password.
Creating a user account for this person on my instance would eliminate the need to share this password and other share passwords in the future
