🔖 Feature description

disable and monitor reverse shares.

I would like the ability to

  1. disable reverse sharing altogether
  2. have more insight into active reverse shares active from users

🎤 Pitch

While reverse shares are a nice feature. It can be a nightmare from an admin perspective. It becomes almost a "backdoor" for your users to use your service -- I should be notified anytime one is created without going into reverse shares as admin. Or a special admin page you see upon login -- showing all active. I just want it to be more in my face.

I would also like the ability, from a general config perspective to disable them altogether. The ability to create them.

my use case is more of a .. I want a way to provide files for others.. not the other way around.
I also don't really have a need for my users to share out. Basically I want more admin options :P
