En vez de diferencia events por instancias, los vamos a hacer por CellNames
SQLite para almacenar todos los eventos que no fuero delivery
Al enviar un event a una célula, esperar un ACK. Si el ACK llega, marcamos el event en SQLite (va, lo borramos).
History de todos los events emitidos (con un rotate).
