Changing MTU and phy

hello, I am testing on stm32wb55, but I could not find a way to change MTU after connect, My board is a server. and I want to change phy to 2mb. thanks

I'm not an expert anyway it seems not possible to change it as we use the LL_only as stated in the WPAN:
* NOTE: This parameter is ignored by the CPU2 when the parameter "Options" is set to "LL_only" ( see Options description in that structure )
