[BUG] Offset Reversal not working

Describe the bug
Offset Reversal does not seem to work as intended. Tried with a clean save, with just GPS and still not working. Using a turning plow and when switching direction offset does not change like it has in the past.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Get a tractor with GPS and a turning plow.
2. Set up a track with an offset for the plow, with offset reversal turned on.
3. Start plowing and then turn around to go the other way, offset is not reversing.
4. See error

Expected behavior
The offset should switch sides when turning around to go the other way with Offset Reversal on.
