EPIC: Help Queue Feature

Given that a learner is struggling with learning a concepts
When the learner realizes that help, coaching, or mentoring is needed
Then then student will go the Help nav item in the Learning Platform

Given a learner wants to request help
When the learner clicks the Help button/link in the LP
Then the learner will be the Help Request form which will have the following fields

• Project
• Description of work
• Description of problem
• Github URL to code needing review
• Stack trace (optional)
• Screenshot (optional)

Given the learner has completed the Help Request form
When the learner clicks the Submit button
Then a Slack message will be sent to a #help-queue thread

We've talked about not reinventing the wheel and design a UX around images, animations, and Loom (etc..) videos. Some text, but focus on interactive.
