Utilize Contact List in Send flow

• When the user is in the Send flow, the destination bar should allow users to search their Contact List for an address
  ** Recent addresses will be listed under the Contact List results
• After a successful transaction, the user will be given an option to save the destination to their Contact List (if it does not already exist)
