Importing an enex file from Evernote into OneNote works but then the Notebook disappears again #78

I can import an enex file from Evernote into OneNote with the Evernote2Onenote tool. It stays there for a few minutes (and all pages in the Notebook are there) but then it disappears again. I have tried closing and re-opening OneNote and re-importing again, but the Notebook keeps on disappearing.
