after uninstalling the old office, cleaning the system with the microsoft application and installing office 2021, using evernote2onenote I attempted to import an enex file with the evernote notes but the result is the following:

Could not create the target notebook in Onenote!System.Runtime.InteropServices. COMException (0x80042006): Eccezione da HRESULT: 0x80042006
In
Microsoft.Office.Interop. OneNote.lApplication. OpenHierarchy (String bstrPath, String bstrRelativeToObjectID, String& pbstrObjectID, CreateFileType cftifNotExist)
in Evernote2Onenote.MainFrm.StartSync()

Can you help me?

In my case, this was caused by a "strange" character in the name of the source notebook. I can't remember if it was a single quote or maybe a slash or an ampersand or something like that. Try re-naming your source file to only have "normal" characters and that may help.
