Ok, so now the overall migration seems to start and transfer about 2500 of 3000 records, and then it starts tossing up error messages for notes thereafter, prompting me to cancel the rest of the migration. I divided my Evernote into notebooks of 1000 notes or less and exported them into separate ENEX files then ran this utility separately on each smaller ENEX file and all notes migrated to OneNote.
So, limit the number of notes in each ENEX file for a successful import!
Now, if only someone would invent a de-duplicator for OneNote...
