Steelmesh is an application management tool for deploying node application using CouchDB as the application deployment layer. While the original version of steelmesh provided a great deal of functionality for both managing application updates and also data updates, the new revised and "lite" edition of Steelmesh focuses quite squarely on application deployment.
The following list provides an overview of the features in the new version of Steelmesh, and provides some context with regards to features that have been maintained / improved from the original version; new features that have been added and also those features that have been removed / delegated to steelmesh plugins.
