Figure out how to allow someone else to update the podspec with Cocoapods #10

Right now any time we want to bump up the version available thru Cocoapods I have to manually push it, there has to be a better way.

Bluejay has the same issue. It might be worth setting up a Steamclock CI for our libraries now.

This might not be an issue if we end up switching to SPM for everything, going to hold off for now.

I think Github Packages helps with this, but doesn't support SPM or Cocoapods yet AFAIK.
