The CLI installation guide lists the following commands:
$ siggy -c <console-api-key> $ siggy -k <client-api-key>
But it seems that they should actually be
$ siggy config -c <console-api-key> $ siggy config -k <client-api-key>
At least, that worked for me. I had to look through the code to find it.
