The gene bar component is wider than the viewing area. As a result the current location indicator doesn't track with the above and below figures as the x-axis translation is different due to a wider axis.

Rewrote the gene bars component as a more generic segments renderer. Can be used for the transcripts on the gene page to remedy #26
