Hi,
I just have a question about MINWEIGHT, I am running a meta-analysis between 3 studies all that have a small sample size and an imbalance between cases/controls. I have calculated N_eff for each of the studies and have that column as the Weight.
I am currently including MINWEIGHT as 90% of the sum of all the N-effs for the three studies, is this correct?
Do I need to include MINWEIGHT in this study?
Thanks,
Isabelle
