I get the following when running

composer require statamic/preset-tailwindcss

Your requirements could not be resolved to an installable set of packages.

Problem 1
- Can only install one of: laravel/framework[v7.15.0, 6.x-dev].
- Can only install one of: laravel/framework[6.x-dev, v7.15.0].
- Can only install one of: laravel/framework[6.x-dev, v7.15.0].
- statamic/preset-tailwindcss 0.1.3 requires laravel/framework 6.* -> satisfiable by laravel/framework[6.x-dev].
- Installation request for statamic/preset-tailwindcss ^0.1.3 -> satisfiable by statamic/preset-tailwindcss[0.1.3].
- Installation request for laravel/framework (locked at v7.15.0, required as ^7.0) -> satisfiable by laravel/framework[v7.15.0].

Installation failed, reverting ./composer.json to its original content.

I guess you just need to update this json to 7.x but not sure how to do that.

I can confirm this on a fresh install of V3 official. Would love to get this going for a couple new sites.

You don't need this anymore actually – v3 starts with Tailwind now. :)
