Configurable file naming conventions for asset field uploads

Apologies if this feature request is still active / has since been implemented elsewhere as an addon (couldn't find it).

Anyway, would like to re-propose this one: statamic/v2-hub#2027

Use-case:

• product assets uploaded by content managers to a s3 bucket, feeding an external API, relying on a naming convention to serve file downloads to customers (eg filename.pdf === sku.pdf )
