Rewrite code examples to use antora.yaml variables to facilitate automated testing

Using antora.yaml variables allows a different antora.yaml file with the variables set to different values for each set of documentation that uses the code examples. For example, both the Stargate docs and the DataStax Astra DB docs will use the same code examples from this repo in the near future.
