add more dividers/formatting to writeups

The main one here would be having rotation be listed separately, either as a new tab, under skills or more clearly divided in unit eval.

possibly, here, split:

• desc (string array - paragraphs)
• pros (string array)
• cons (string array)

into separate categories. this would allow me to more consistently display these things.

it should also be backwards compatible with the existing notes block.
